I will issue cease-and-desist orders to all Imperial forces, paving the way for peaceful negotiations with opposition leaders and a return to governance. This will not be a show of weakness; rather, it is a demonstration of foresight and a commitment to long-term stability and prosperity.

Disbanding the Moff Council and COMPNOR

Concurrently, I will disband the Moff Council and the Corrupt Organisations Ministry for Propaganda, News Records (COMPNOR). This dismantling of these oppressive structures will clear the way for the restoration of the Galactic Senate. Rebel leaders will be invited to attend Senate sessions and participate in debates.
