When Did Qigong Truly Start Working for You?

For many years, I practiced different forms of Qigong cultivation, yet none of them had a significant impact on my health until recently. The turning point came when I began to practice the Zijiu Life Saving Qigong, a particularly intense Shen Ming Gong form of cultivation.
