Since the release of ldquo;Avengers: Endgame,rdquo; fans have been eag

Since the release of ldquo;Avengers: Endgame,rdquo; fans have been eagerly waiting for any news about a follow-up movie. While the original team of Avengers is definitively returning in the form of ldquo;Avengers: The Kang Dynastyrdquo; and ldquo;Avengers: Secret Wars,rdquo; the lineup will be different due to the deaths and retirements of some key members. This article explores the future of the Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

It has been announced that ldquo;Avengers: The Kang Dynastyrdquo; is scheduled for release in April 2025, following ldquo;Avengers: Secret Warsrdquo; in November 2025. According to the upcoming movies, we can expect a fresh lineup of Avengers, as Tony Stark (Iron Man) has died and Captain America (Steve Rogers) has retired.

Why New Heroes and Anti-Evils?

Marvel Studios, in preparation for these upcoming films, is establishing new heroes to maintain the continuity and excitement of the MCU. This includes characters such as Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, and others. These new additions are expected to face new threats, including those from multiverses and the events of ldquo;Love and Thunderrdquo; and ldquo;Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.rdquo;

In response to these new threats, the Avengers will regroup and possibly form a new team, likely referred to as the ldquo;Young Avengers.rdquo; This new group could be led by Peter Parker (Spider-Man) or Sam Wilson (Falcon), who has recently taken the mantle of Captain America. This line-up change is a natural progression of the MCU narrative, focusing on younger heroes in the wake of the deaths and retirements of the original team.

Upcoming Films and Series

The timeline of the MCU includes a series of upcoming films and series that will further develop and introduce new characters. In 2021, we saw the release of ldquo;Black Widowrdquo; and the TV series ldquo;Hawkeye,rdquo; featuring Natasha Romanoff (Natasha Romanoff) and Clint Barton (Hawkeye). Other new Avengers have featured in series such as ldquo;WandaVision,rdquo; ldquo;The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,rdquo; and ldquo;Spider-Man: No Way Home.rdquo;

The coming year, 2022, will continue this trend with the release of ldquo;Thor: Love and Thunder,rdquo; starring Thor (Thor Odinson), and ldquo;She-Hulk,rdquo; starring Bruce Banner (She-Hulk).

Absence of the Original Avengers

While the original Avengers are still significant parts of the franchise, they will likely not be present in these new films, given the deaths and retirements of some key members. Phase 4 of Marvel is focusing on up-and-coming heroes such as Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch), Sam Wilson (Falcon), and Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier).

There is a small, very small, chance that we might see some of the original Avengers return. This includes Steve Rogers (Captain America) and Tony Stark (Iron Man). However, the chances of this happening are incredibly slim. The universe of the MCU is unique, allowing for elements like time travel and alternate timelines, which could theoretically bring back these characters. Nonetheless, it is highly unlikely, and we should not hold our breath for such an event.
