Did NASA Ever Return to Saturn After They Left in Interstellar?

Your question doesn’t quite make sense, but I will take a stab at it anyway, because you know I actually watched the movie. Give it a try sometime! Anyway, after the Endurance traveled through the wormhole near Saturn and left our galaxy, there were no more NASA missions or journeys. None. The Endurance was the last one. All or nothing. It was a last ditch effort. There was certainly hope that Professor Brand and later Murphy Cooper would solve the Gravity Manipulation Equation, but it always seemed fruitless due to the lack of 'quantum data' only obtainable from 'within' a black hole.

Obstacles and Solutions

Despite these challenges, the movie ended with a twist that changed everything. Murphy Cooper received and decrypted a streaming message from her father, Joseph Cooper. This message was sent by a future generation of humans who had already solved the gravity manipulation equation and had rescued and preserved Cooper and TARS in a trans-dimensional construct called a tesseract.

Exodus and Return to Saturn

Once Murph had solved the Gravity Manipulation Equation, humankind embarked on an exodus from Earth, loaded aboard several unknown number ark-ships referred to as stations. One station named Cooper Station positioned itself near Saturn and the wormhole and waited patiently. And lo-and-behold, Joseph Cooper was moved back through the wormhole and deposited in our own galaxy and solar system once again. An Advanced Ranger located hand retrieved him.

Conclusion

So, in a sense, NASA did return to Saturn. It is a good thing for Cooper and indeed for all of future humanity that they did.
