It sounds a little cliché, but having the power to make someone's once-in-a-lifetime vacation magical feels awesome. In most instances, whatever problem I was having personally would be forgotten, and all of my attention would be on how to make the guests happy. I'm sure that this is not as easy for everyone, so I guess I was really lucky.
