Is There Any Game Like Squid Games I Wish I Could Participate In, Sick of My Bullshit Life?

Woooaaahhh… hold on a second; let's take this slow.

I don't know you at all, but I'm gonna go ahead and assume you have financial troubles or maybe you just want more out of life. Either way, it's a little more than concerning to me that you're willing to risk your life for money.

Money Always Comes

Money will always come. ALWAYS! Maybe the better question to ask is what is your definition of a ‘bullshit life.’ For me personally, that would be failing at being a rapper. I don't particularly care for money like that, especially since I read this research that was done about how once your salary hits around 60–75K, additional income makes no difference to your happiness. Money is fucking amazing. Things are fucking amazing. I fucking love shoes and cars and clothes and rings and shit, but money is not the end-all.

What Do You Want at the End of Your Life?

At the end of your life, what do you really want to have made for yourself? On your deathbed, do you think having piles of money will make you content? Or maybe fostering a kid will offer you that fulfillment?

Who knows? I mean, I sure don't, but before you dive headfirst into the "money will make me happy" trap, really sit with yourself and find what your parameters of joy are—not your parents, or your friends, or your fiancé, or society's parameters, but your own.

There are no limits to what you can achieve in life. Instead of chasing money, focus on finding joy in the process. Here are a few things to consider:

Exploring Passions

Take a step back and reflect on what truly brings you joy. Is it creating art, playing music, traveling, or connecting with others? Start pursuing these passions seriously. Passion is the fuel that drives success, and it's sustainable in the long run.

Setting Realistic Goals

Instead of setting unrealistic goals tied to money, set achievable ones that align with your passions and values. For instance, if you love writing, aim to publish a book instead of becoming a millionaire in the next five years. This will keep you motivated and prevent you from feeling like a failure if you don't see quick financial success.

Thinking Differently About Success

Reframe your definition of success. Success is not just about financial wealth; it's about creating a life you enjoy and are proud of. Focus on small wins and progressing steadily, rather than chasing a distant and often unattainable financial goal.

Self-Care and Mindfulness

Take care of yourself. Make time for hobbies, exercise, and stress-reducing activities. Mindfulness practices like meditation can also help you stay centered and focused on your true goals.

Building a Support Network

surround yourself with people who are positive, supportive, and understand your personal aspirations. A great support system can help you stay motivated and provide perspective during tough times.

Remember, life is a journey, not a destination. Chasing money might be tempting, but it's often fleeting and can lead to burnout. Instead, focus on finding joy in the process and creating a fulfilling life for yourself.
